Dream3 Meeting Tracker is an internal portal used by Dream3 administrators, managers, and counselors to schedule student counseling meetings, generate Google Meet links, track meeting status, and calculate counselor meeting time.
Google Meet Tracking
The portal reads Google Meet conference records for generated meetings so it can detect the actual start and end time and update internal counselor time records.
Internal Access
Access is limited to authorized Dream3 users. Portal accounts are created by Dream3 administrators and are used only for student counseling workflow management.
