Use of the Portal

Dream3 Meeting Tracker is an internal portal for authorized Dream3 users. The portal may be used only for legitimate student counseling scheduling, meeting tracking, and internal reporting workflows.

Authorized Accounts

Portal access is provided by Dream3 administrators. Users must keep their login credentials secure and must not share access with unauthorized persons. Dream3 may suspend or remove access when necessary for security or operational reasons.

Google Calendar and Google Meet

Counselors may connect their own Google account to create Google Calendar events and Google Meet links for student counseling meetings. By connecting a Google account, the counselor authorizes Dream3 Meeting Tracker to use the requested Google OAuth permissions for the features described in the Privacy Policy.

Counselors can disconnect Google Calendar access from the portal. If Google access is disconnected or revoked, Google Meet link generation and automatic meeting end tracking may stop working for that counselor.

User Responsibilities

• Enter accurate student and meeting information.
• Use meeting links only for the intended counseling session.
• Do not upload unlawful, misleading, or unrelated content.
• Report account or data issues to Dream3 administration.

Service Availability

Dream3 aims to keep the portal available for internal operations, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, hosting issues, third-party service issues, or updates.

Changes to These Terms

Dream3 may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after an update means the user accepts the updated Terms.
